My name is Bill Hedlund, I am the Chapter Leader of the Richmond Guardian Angels. I joined in the early to mid 90's in San Francisco Chapter. I experienced first hand how effective they were in cleaning up the verious communities in San Francisco. They cared so much about what they did. In 1996 is when I left the S.F. Chapter. Now I am back with the organizeation because of what has been going on here in Richmond. It is time that we as a City Pull together and get involved in saving our City from total Chaos........
